2iis worked with Philanthropy Squared who were commissioned by The Art Gallery of NSW (AGNSW) in early 2022 to review the Gallery's current philanthropic program with a view to informing the future structure of its fundraising beyond the conclusion of the Sydney Modern Project (SMP).

The project involved comprehensive performance analysis, external benchmarking of leading domestic and international Arts & Cultural institutions and a full Philanthropic program audit & structure review to help inform future long-term Philanthropic growth.
