From August 2015 I worked on the development of a long–term Fundraising Strategy with a particular focus on increasing The Big Issue's Philanthropic Support.
​
It involved capacity and capability building for key staff members within the organisation, as well as working to integrate future fundrasing plans with the 20th Anniversary of the street magazine's launch in Australia (June 2016).
​
The project was undertaken in partnership with Philanthropy Squared.
The Big Issue is Australia’s largest Social Enterprise. It is an independent, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting and creating job opportunities for homeless, marginalised & disadvantaged people. Simply put, its aim is to help people help themselves.
