Undertaken in partnership with Philanthropy Squared, this project focused on developing a 3-year revenue strategy for the Yarra Energy Foundation (YEF), a not–for–profit set–up and currently primarily funded by the Yarra City Council.

It explored YEF’s current and future revenue needs, organisational fundraising capability and potential fundraising strategies for future sustainable growth. It also involved capacity and capability building for key staff members within the organisation.

The Yarra Energy Foundation is an independent, for-purpose organisation with a huge ambition – to achieve a zero carbon future in the City of Yarra. It exists to engage and inspire people who live and do business in Yarra to take practical steps towards this goal.
